Pricing
The prices you see on our home page are the prices that you will pay. We have NO HIDDEN CHARGES OF ANY KIND. We always charge extra rooms at a standard rate of £20 per room.
We do our best to compete with our rivals. For example, our competitors, Pro Carpet cleaning, charge £275 for an average sized three bedroom house, in comparison with our price of just £85 for the highest level of cleaning. That's a SAVING OF £190.
The biggest carpet cleaning company in the UK, ChemDry, charge £300 for an identical house. For the top level of cleaning with us at £85, YOU ARE SAVING £215.
Recommendations
Welcome to our recommendations system. If you choose to recommend us to 5 people, and they make an appointment with us, we will be happy to clean your carpets for FREE.
This is also the same story for the people you recommend us to. You can tell them that if they recommend us to 5 people, and they make appointments, the recommender will also be eligible for a FREE carpet clean of their entire home.
No Cancellation Fees
Despite what you may have experienced before, we know and understand that sometimes something unexpected comes along, meaning you can no longer keep your appointments.
With us, we will never charge you a cancellation fee if you decide you can't make the appointment time you specified. Simply tell us a new appointment time, and we'll negotiate what is best for you.
Free Quote System
We don't simply give you a quote over the phone. We believe that in order for us to assess the area we are cleaning, verbally is not the best way.
So, to improve our assessment, pricing and finalised quote, we believe that we should visualise the work that needs to be done. However, if this doesn't suit you, no problem. Remember, we work for you, and we will always strive to exceed your expectations and fit with what you're comfortable with.
